Hello! I wanted to spread the word about a new baseball/softball training facility that just opened in Lee's Summit, MO. It is located at Inside Edge Baseball Academy, a new facility that just opened recently. Freedom Elite Strength and Agility train baseball/softball athletes specifically of all ages. I highly recommend them as strength, speed, and agility in this sport are critical in preventing injury and improving skills. Especially in the off-season, it is important to utilize this time to improve your athlete's skills and keep them healthy. Freedom Elite is owned by Robby McCord, owner of Crossfit Lee's Summit. I consider him one of the best in the game as he is very knowledgeable and experienced in gaining strength/skill, preventing injury, and staying safe.
