Hey everyone,
Its That Time Again! Coach K On the Keys!
Spring and summer are right around the corner, and with them comes that electric energy we all love longer days, packed weekends, competitive games, and big goals. ENJOY THE OFF TIME PARENTS This is the season where all the offseason work starts to show. Players gain confidence, teams find their identity, and memories are made that last well beyond the final out.
As we head into the busiest time of the year, it’s also a good moment to talk about the reality many families face in the Kansas City area. Youth sports here specially softball and baseball OF COURSE can get expensive fast. Monthly subscriptions for indoor hitting and fielding add up, and for families south of the city or off the 69 Highway corridor, there are very few convenient options. Long drives, limited access, and high costs make it tough on players who just want more reps and better development. My daughter and Son ask me daily to take them to D-Bat or Formally before xyz Hit Factory KC. I cant keep telling them wait till its nice So my Auntie/Coach Jenn Decided enough is enough/
That’s the part we’re excited to change together for the Youth!
We’re in the process of finishing a dedicated softball and baseball facility designed for JoCo kids and anyone else who wants to check it out. A place focused on development, affordability, and access. A spot where players can hit, field, train, and grow without families feeling stretched thin or stuck driving across the metro. More details are coming soon, but the goal is simple: create opportunities where there haven’t been many before. TOO MANY PLACES ARE SO FAR FROM OGSA (Our Home Field) STAY TUNED
Big things coming and if you want first dibs let us know!
Beyond facilities and training, this community still matters. This space has always been about more than wins and losses it’s about sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and celebrating the grind that comes with youth sports. A place we can all call home!
As we roll into spring and summer, let’s bring the energy back here too: LAST TIME NO DICE LOL
LADY VIPER Fastpitch and VIPER baseball continue to grow, and so do the opportunities but only if we stay connected and keep pushing things forward together.
Let’s get it going. Jump in. Share something. Ask a question. Brag on your team. This season is about progress on the field and as a community.
